This is the center pin for the Early Meyer EZ-Vector V plows. 

Part # 07069. This Slised down through the wings and through the center pivot 13625.

This has a pin hole at the top and a threaded holw in the bottom. 

Overall length is 23" it is 1-1/4" pin
