2B / 2D Headlight Adapter

This headlight adapter is designed for vehicles with 2B or 2D style sealed beam headlights, including common bulb types like 6014, H6024, H6014, 6052, H6054, and HP6054. It fits a wide range of vehicles—Jeep, Chevy, Dodge, Ford, and others.

Compatible with the following plow brands and part numbers:

• Blizzard 62010 (Power Hitch 1 – old style)

• Curtis 1HL0

• Hiniker 38813038

• AirFlo

• Arctic Razorback EF0914-20-15K

Important Fitment Note:
Blizzard used two versions of this adapter. This listing is for the older style with the round plug at the plow harness connection, used only with Power Hitch 1 setups. Please reference the comparison photo labeled “old and new” to ensure you are selecting the correct style for your system.

Installation Instructions:

1. Remove the vehicle’s existing headlight connector from the headlight.

2. Plug the (AAS) headlight connector into the vehicle’s headlight receptacle. Match wire colors (Gray to Gray, Black to Black). On Chevy DRL models, match Clear to Gray.

3. Plug the vehicle’s original headlight connector into the (AAS) adapter.

4. Connect the Black five-pin adapter to the White five-pin connector on the (AAS) harness.

5. Test headlight operation.

6. Ensure all wiring is secure and properly routed.
