A factory Frame Bracket #22289 for a 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty. This bracket goes over the frame and it is often missing from used mounts. It is the same for left and right and every mount uses two of them. These are used on the Western Ultramount #67982, Fisher MM #7159, SnowEx mount #67982 and Blizzard Power Hitch 2 #30982.
