This is mount number #35110. It fits Western Ultramount, Blizzard Power Hitch 2 (Blizzard also used part #35111 for the same mount) and SnowEx HD plows. This kit is for 2013-2017 International Terrastar 4x4.

With this mount you get: Main Mount #43646, Driver Side Thrust Arm #43618, Passenger Side Thrust Arm #43619 and Bolt Bag #43656.
