43745 Western / Fisher Base Angle Pin. 
This pin has a few Part #'s Also goes by 27241 and 27227. 

This is what connects the Base Angle to the blade on a number of the Fisher V and straight blades and Western  V plows.  Not for the older V plows. check the measurements to make sure this is what you need. 

The measurements on this pin are 1" X 2-3/4"
