A New Fisher and Western Joystick Shield, part # 56283. It is # 3 in the image below. Fisher also goes by part # 7641.

This is for the older straight blade Joystick. It goes in joystick 56369, 56285,  8292 and 7736. This snaps over the shaft to keep the dirt out of your controller and extend the life of your joystick.
