56723 90 Elbow 9/16" O Ring Male to 1/4 Pipe Female Fisher Western Fitting Boss HYD01620

A New 90° Swivel Style Street Elbow # 56723. This is a 9/16" male oring fitting where it meets the pump or cylinder and 1/4" pipe thread where it meets the hose.

Older Western and Fisher plows were pipe thread and the later ones went to 9/16" oring so this is a fitting that is used on those cross over years to allow you to change from the oring to the pipe. 

This is used on a number of different plows. This is also used on Boss Plows as Part # HYD01620. 

Other fittings that do a similar transition are 56539K and 20316K. 

Do not use thread tape. It can get into the pump. Use a liquid thread sealer. No sealer is needed on the Oring end.
