A New 64670 Bumper Mounting Bracket. These are often missing from used mounts because people don't take them off.

This is used on Ford Super Duty from 2005-2007.

This bracket is used on the Fisher mount 7176, Blizzard mount 30259 and Western and Snowex 33259.
