Here is the Western 67850-1 upper lift arm for the Western Ultramount plows.

The Western 67850 Upper Lift Arm for the Western Ultramount plows. This fits most Western Ultramounts. Does not fit HTS. This is the kit. You get 3x Cotter Pin 91911, 3x Flat Washers 91147, 2x 3/4x3-1/4 Clevis Pin 93063K and 1x 3/4x3" Clevis Pin 64617.
These will not fit the Series 2 plows, they use 43304. This is for the plows with the 2 piece headgear & the boxed light tower.
This is used on the Standard blades, Midweight, Pro, Pro Plus, MVP+ and Wide Out.
