This is a Western, Fisher Throttle Motor Kit for a Honda Motor. 69781

This control is used with the Western Ice Breaker spreaders, and Striker spreaders. As well as the Fisher Pro-Caster spreaders, and the Steel Caster spreaders. 

The 69781 Throttle Motor Kit includes the stainless bracket # 69769,   #69767 throttle arm, the #68863 Choke light Micro Switch and 94574 Throttle retainer.

This is the newer Type A and will replace the older Type B see the Diagram in images for Reference.
