This is a special bolt bar used on Fisher mounts # 7144 and # 7148. The bolt is attached at an angle specifically for use with these mounts. These mounts use two of these, so make sure you get what you need.

The handle is approximately 9" long and the bolt is 1-1/2" x 5/8".
