HB3 / HB4 Headlight Adapter

This headlight adapter is designed for select vehicles using HB3 and HB4 (9005 / 9006) headlights. It fits a number of Chevy and Cadillac models, including:

• 1991–1998 Chevy trucks

• 2003–2006 Chevy trucks

• 2002–2003 Cadillac Escalade
  (Note: Some 1999–2000 Chevy models still used the older 1998 body style and would require this version.)

• Blizzard 62013 (old style – Power Hitch 1 only)

Important Blizzard Note:
Blizzard used two versions of this adapter. This listing is for the older round plug style, used only with Power Hitch 1 systems. Refer to the comparison photo labeled “old and new” to ensure you select the correct version. If your setup uses the newer Blizzard harness, you will need part #B62223 instead.

Installation Instructions:

1. Remove the vehicle’s original headlight connector from the headlight.

2. Plug the (AAS) headlight connector into the vehicle’s headlight socket. Match wire colors (Gray to Gray, Black to Black). On Chevy DRL models, match Clear to Gray.

3. Plug the vehicle’s original headlight connector into the (AAS) adapter.

4. Connect the Black five-pin adapter to the White five-pin connector on the (AAS) harness.

5. Test headlight operation.

6. Secure all wiring properly.
