A Headlight Adapter for a 99-02 Chevy Truck with HB3/HB4 H9005 & H9006 also used on 2004 Sonoma and S10. 

These are used on several different plow brands.

Blizzard (early style only PH1) 62014,

Hiniker 38813046,

AirFlo 07196,

Sno-King SK6150.

There were two styles of Blizzard adapters and they need to match the harness you have. These are for a Power Hitch 1 only. The picture labeled old and new is what you can use as a reference. If you have the newer style Blizzard, you will need harness # B62224.
