HB3 / HB4 Headlight Adapter 

For 1999–2002 Chevy Trucks, 2004 S10/Sonoma, and Select 2013–2019 Ram Trucks with Projector Headlights

This headlight adapter is designed for vehicles using HB3/HB4 (9005 / 9006) headlights and is commonly found on:

• 1999–2002 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra

• 2004 Chevy S10 and GMC Sonoma

• Some 2013–2019 Dodge Ram trucks equipped with projector-style headlights

• Blizzard 62014 (early style – Power Hitch 1 only)

Blizzard Fitment Note:
Blizzard used two different adapter styles. This version has the round plug at the plow harness and is only compatible with Power Hitch 1 setups. Please refer to the image labeled “old and new” to confirm. If you have a newer style Blizzard harness, you’ll need part #B62224 instead.

Installation Instructions:

1. Disconnect the vehicle’s original headlight connector.

2. Plug the (AAS) headlight connector into the vehicle’s headlight socket. Match wire colors (Gray to Gray, Black to Black). For Chevy DRL systems, match Clear to Gray.

3. Connect the vehicle’s original headlight connector into the (AAS) adapter.

4. Attach the Black five-pin connector to the White five-pin connector on the (AAS) harness.

5. Test the headlight function.

6. Secure all wiring to prevent movement or damage.
