New Fisher Fleet Flex Dual-Speed Controller #99773 – No Bracket

This is a standalone replacement controller (no mounting bracket) for Fisher Fleet Flex-equipped spreaders, including the Tempest, Poly-Caster, and Steel-Caster models. If you need the complete kit with bracket and hardware, see kit #99533.

Before ordering, consider upgrading to the Auto Speed Control #32850, a plug-and-play replacement that automatically adjusts material output based on vehicle speed and helps track salt usage more efficiently. You can find it under related products.

• Fisher Poly-Caster ( 2016 and later ) 

• Fisher Steel-Caster

• Western (same as #99774 / #99534)

• SnowEx (same as #52430 / #52432)

Software Update Information:   All controllers are shipping with the newest 4.0 update. 

• Feb 2021: Controllers updated to Version 3.0

• April 2024: Version 4.0 released, enabling Auto Reverse for Auger Spreaders and expanding spinner speed range

• You can check your controller version on the screen at startup

This is an OEM controller and a direct replacement for spreaders using the Fleet Flex wiring system. While it may be labeled under Fisher, it functions the same as its Western and SnowEx equivalents.
