This is Blizzard Mount #B30172 for the original Blizzard Power Hitch. This is for the HD plows 860HD, 810PP, 8611LP and 8611PP. This kit is for 2003-2009 Chevy and GMC C4500 and C5500.

With this mount you get: Push Beam #B30156, Driver Side Hanger #B30169, Passenger Side #B30168, Reinforcement #B30170 and Bolt Kit#B61470.
