Blizzard Mount #B30191 for the Original Blizzard Power Hitch. This is for the HD plows 860HD, 810PP, 8611LP and 8611PP. This kit is for 2003-2009 Chevy and GMC K4500 and K5500.

With this mount you get: Push Beam #B30192, Driver Side Hanger #B30194, Passenger Side #B30196, Reinforcement #B30199/#B30200 and Bolt Kit #B61594.
