This is fitting is both a Fisher Western  49526 as well as the Blizzard B60007  9/16-18 Male ORB Hydraulic Adapter. Western Also uses part # 43750.

This has an oring on the one end that mounts to the manifold or cylinder and a flare on the other end where it meets the hose. Overall length is 1-3/8", it has 9/16" threads.
