This is part of Draw Latch Assembly B82049. It is for the Power Hitch 1 Blizzard LT plows. There are two of these in a draw latch.  It is for the 760LT and 760SW plows only. We do sell every piece separately too.

The connects with pin 40318 and 2 of pins B82033.
