Meyer HMBF Tilt Lift Frame kit # 16493. This is just the lift frame kit it is 5 parts, you also need the kit 16492 that gives you the mounting brackets to install it. Those two numbers give you the full kit 16486.

This is situated over the bumper of the vehicle and attaches to the bumper mounting plate. A-frame # 13604 attaches to the front. It is designed for use with the municipal HM plows.

The # 16486 mounting system is designed for use on class 4, 5, 6 and 7 trucks up to 27,000 Lbs GVW.
