Stork's Plows will not be held liable for any carrier delays in service. A claim can be opened with the carrier for your shipment,  You can look at a carrier's policies on their website.

In most cases you will get a better service with UPS in the states. When selecting a carrier, also keep in mind that mail is picked up around 11:00AM Eastern Time and UPS is picked up around 3:00PM Eastern Time. Any orders near or after this time may be shipped the next business day. We do try to stay with the service selected but some orders can be switched to a similar service. We do our best to get all orders out the same day, but some large orders or heavier items, like mounts, do not always make it same day. 

**As a heads up, UPS expedited orders do not include Saturday delivery. Some areas do not offer Saturday delivery as an option and will be delivered on Monday. To see if Saturday is an option for your package please give us a call. Extra fees will incur.

**CANADA Orders, Please note that UPS has Higher Brokerage Fees. We recommend USPS to our Canadian customers. The brokerage fees cannot be calculated and we have no control over them.
