UPS is the best option to get your order soonest, but this comes at a higher cost.
Canada Post is the cheaper option, but is unpredictable and can take over 30 days to deliver.
Canada Post:
Mail is generally going to be the cheapest option and has lower cross border fees. If a package is lost during normal operations, we will do our best to work with you on the fastest resolution. Please note that we can not file a lost package claim until 40 days after ship date.
However, Canada Post has proven to be unreliable due to the strikes over the last couple years. We are not responsible fo orders not delivered due to strikes. We will try to monitor for when they go on strike and remove Mail as an option as soon as we can, but orders may already be in transit before we find out.
UPS to Canada:
UPS is the best option to get your package as quickly as possible. We can reach out to UPS and have them investigate a package that hasn't moved in a couple days, mail is 14+. The downside to UPS is their brokerage and Preparation fees. Please note that our knowledge on the fees and their final cost to you is limited.
UPS Standard may appear as a cheaper option, but for higher cost lower weight parts it may be more cost effective to chose Expedited services. For more information, please refer to this document from UPS, UPS's Preparation Fee.
