This is Meyer Mount #17194. It will fit a 2014-2018 Chevy/GMC K1500 4x4. This is for both the Meyer MDII and EZ Plus mounts.
This is just the mount (does not include the clevis). If you need the clevis, that is sold separately & listed here: MDII and Plus mount. MDII is the style with four blue handles and two yellow. The Plus only has two colored handles. You need the matching clevis. There is also a Drive Pro Clevis that is Part #19943/#19836.
This is a direct replacement for the older #17186.

You can determine new versus old style by looking at the truck’s model number. This is a K or C followed by 5 digits. K=4x4 and C=4x2 so we only are interested in K models. Example K15753 is an old style Extended Cab - Short Box truck while K10753 is a new style Extended Cab – Short Box truck. Note the underlined numbers: 10 = new style, 15= old style.  The model number can be found on the vehicle build sticker usually on the glove box door, or on one of the door frames or door pillars. It is not part of the VIN and might not appear on the dealer’s window stickerÂ
