A Genuine Meyer # 22083 / 08667 Linchpin Set.

These linchpins are used on a number of different applications on Meyer products, including on the Meyer Mate Spreader mount, various Meyer lift frames, A frames, on a tractor plow mount and Conventional mounts. There are two per set and they are 3/16".
