A #30259 Blizzard Power Hitch 2 Plow Mount. This fits 2005-2007 Ford Super Duty F250, F350, F450 and F550.
This comes with Passenger Side Mount #64656, Driver Side Mount #64655, 2x Bumper Brackets #64670, 2x Sway Bar Spacers #64671, Cross Bar #67696, 2x Short Adapter Plates, 6x Handle Bolts #22314 and Bolt Kit #41136.
This is the same mount as a Western/SnowEx #33259, just with the added adapter plates.
