31554 Plow Mount 2019-2022 "All New" GM Silverado Sierra K1500 Western Suburbanite Defender Fisher HS SnowEx 6800LT 7200LT

Mount # 31554 to fit the Western Suburbanite, Western Defender, Fisher Homesteader, Fisher HS, SnowEx 6800LT and 7200LT plows.

Some trucks call for 31554-1 instead of this one (often when they have 2.7L or 3.0 Diesel.) 

This comes with the mount 77362, PS plate 77361, DS plate 77360 and all the hardware 77364, with handle bolts 63330.   It bolts to the 2019-2022 "All New" GM Sierra or Silverado with a K1500 frame. (If you have the old body use 31553.)

*** NOTE FOR 2019+ They came both old and new. This mount only fits the NEW body will not fit old body.  If you have the old body use 31553.

You can determine new versus old style by looking at the truck’s model number.  This is a K or C followed by 5 digits.  K=4x4 and C=4x2 so we only are interested in K models.  Example K15753 is an old style Extended Cab - Short Box truck while K10753 is a new style Extended Cab – Short Box truck.  Note the underlined numbers: 10 = new style, 15= old style.  The model number can be found on the vehicle build sticker usually on the glove box door, or on one of the door frames or door pillars. It is not part of the VIN and might not appear on the dealer’s window sticker

Note: When installing a snowplow to a 2019 GM K1500 vehicle, you will have to connect the battery cable to a fused power source rather than directly to the battery. If you do not have the snowplow prep option, you will also need the # 90730 200 Amp Fuse Kit installed. If you have the snowplow prep option already, the fuse is built in.
