A New Aftermarket Blizzard and SnowEx Slide Box Wing Cylinder (part #43802). The Early Blizzard used part #B60207, but they are the same cylinder - just different internal seals.

If you need the seal kit for your original cylinder that is part #43793.

This is the one with two hoses -  fits 86110, 86110LP, 8611TR, 8611SS and 8611LP. This goes into the plow to slide the power wings in and out. It is a dual acting cylinder so power in power out. This is considered a 1-3/4x18-7/16.  If they are pitted they should be replaced, those pits take in water and will cause freeze up in the pump. if you are looking for this you probably hit something and it's bent...Just a guess. Also get some Blizzard fluid while you are at it.

If you are unsure, here is some more info on this cylinder. This is dual acting and has a 5/8" bolt hole in either end. The chrome cylinder is 1-1/8" across, end to end on the black housing is 24-1/2", and end to end bolt hole is 24 center to center. It measures 2-1/8 across the bottom of the black housing. This also has a tube run on the outside of the cylinder.
