This is 5.5" outside to outside. This is the retainer ring that goes on the top of the cover. This fits the Western & Fisher V plows and Wideout / XLS plows. If you need the bottom one too, that is part # 44366. These can dry rot and crack from the sun, it is a good part to carry as a spare, as well as a few of the lower orings.
