Airflo is no longer in the plow business so these mounts are very hard to find. 

This is a New but weathered mount for a Airflo plow. This is the 51065 made to fit the 2008-2016 Ford superduty trucks.   You get the main frame and the 2 side brackets and all the hardware to mount it up.
