Here is a New Western / Fisher Joystick Bottom Cover (#5 in the picture below).

This is for the older straight blade joystick. This is part # 56199, Fisher also used part # 7646. It goes in Western joysticks 56369 & 56285 and Fisher 8292 & 7736.
