Truck Side Headlight Harness 69986. This is for 3-port modules only. This is the newer kit used on Dodge trucks. This kit need to be tapped into the wires that Dodge provides under the fuse box. There is no need to touch any of the lights in the front of the truck with this kit.

You can also buy this as a kit # 69892. And then it comes with the 11 pin harness, too.
