This is the 75989 Receiver Hitch Spreader Mount also known as F50773.  This bolts on to the spreader and slides into the hitch. This is part of a few kits including 75915, RHT-380, and D6270.
This is a heavy duty receiver hitch mount that will fit the Mid to Larger Western Proflo 900, SnowEx 1875, and Fisher speedcaster 900 spreaders.
