This is the Western/Fisher On/Off Pump Kit for the Pre-Wet system (Part #76400). You will also need the tank kit.Â
There is also a Full Feature Pump Kit available - Western #76410 or Fisher #76420.
It will fit the Western/Fisher pre-wet systems with 25 gallon kit #76425 & the 50 gallon kit #76450.
The Pre-Wet system allows the operator to jumpstart the de-icing process by applying a liquid agent directly to the material inside the hopper, thereby providing superior efficiency and ice control. Studies show that 20-30% less salt is needed when it is treated with liquids beforehand.
