HB3/HB4 Headlight Adapter 91-98 & 03-06 Chevy / GMC Blizzard 62013 Curtis 1HL4 Hiniker 38813042 Airflo 07195 )

A Headlight Adapter for some trucks with HB3/HB4 (H9005 & H9006.) There are several adapters for HB3/HB4, so make sure this is the correct version for your truck. 

This version is used on 03-06 Chevy, 91-98 Chevy and 02-03 Cadillac Escalade. The years are not exact, some 1999 and 2000 Chevys are still the 98 body and would use this adapter. 

This is used on several different plows.

There were two styles of Blizzard adapters and they need to match the harness you have. These are for a Power Hitch 1 only. The picture labeled old and new is what you can use as a reference for the Blizzard. If you have the newer style Blizzard, you will need harness # B62223.
