Here is a new 2 bolt flange Bearing , Buyers / Saltdogg calls it 1410200, Meyer is 61163. This is also used by a few other brands, Swenson 04050 005 00, Maxim 420202.

This is a two-bolt flange bearing. Center to center on the holes is 3.5" the are 1/2" bolt holes. The center hole is 1-1/4" in diameter.
