This is Timbrens Front Axle SES Suspension Upgrade Kit  - FF150974A (Set).

These will keep your front from dropping when you have a plow installed and make a huge difference. The Timbrens bolt in place of the factory bump stops so they are easy to change.

The more weight that pushes down on the rubber springs (weight from a snowplow or heavy aftermarket accessories) the harder they work to prevent front-end sag.
