This is a 2 -7/16" long with a 1/2" hole  Western Unimount Tube Spacer for a 97'-06' Jeep Wrangler. #63256  *Note The instructios show 2 but you only need one the DS is the Power steering box. 

These spacers come in the kit TJ UNIMOUNT HARDWARE
