Here is a headlight adapter for 1A/2A headlights. They also go by bulb #'s 4651, H4651, 4652, H4652, H4656, H4662, and HP6054. This is a rectangle glass sealed beam bulb. The connectors for this shape I_I .

There were two styles of Blizzard adapters and they need to match the harness you have. These are for a Power Hitch 1 only. The picture labeled old and new is what you can use as a reference for the Blizzard. If you have the newer style Blizzard, you will need harness # B62227.
