Here is a new set of Timbrens for the front of a Dodge Dakota or RAM  pickup truck.

These will keep your front from dropping when you have a plow installed. These make a huge difference. They bolt in place of the factory bump stops so they are easy to change. Timbren Suspension Kits (SES Kits) are designed to enhance the suspension of your vehicle.
