Henderson is owned by Douglas Dynamics (also the parent company of Western, Fisher, and SnowEx) and based in Manchester, Iowa. They make heavy duty truck equipment for highway and municipal size vehicles. They also make heavy duty snow plows for both large and mid-size trucks and salt spreaders for large trucks.

The lines of snow plows include the RSP Reversible plows, One-Way plows, Expressway plows, MSP Mid-Size plows and MTP Medium-Duty plows.

The line of salt spreaders include the FSH spreaders, TGS tailgate spreader, RTS replacement tailgate spreader, and the FSM-A dump bed spreader.
