This mount is for a 99-10 Chevy / GMC 4x4 1500 HD/2500/2500 HD/3500 Silverado/Sierra. The Quick-Hitch 1 has a notch on the attachment fork/prong whereas the Quick-Hitch 2 version does not. Otherwise, the installation instructions and parts list will be the same for both.
