This mount is for a 1980-1991 Ford F150/F250/F350 4x4 truck. The Quick-Hitch 1 has a notch on the attachment fork/prong whereas the Quick-Hitch 2 version does not. Otherwise, the installation instructions and parts list will be the same for both.
