26' Snow Alliance Fleet School Sept 16th Plow and Spreader Repair Training Class
September 16th Fleet Plow Repair School.
The Vision of Snow Alliance is... Inspiring Innovation through Education and Collaboration.
One way we want to carry out that mission is by sharing what we have learned over the years working on plows and spreaders day in and day out. Â
This will be a general school that can carry across any brand but the focus of most of the info and the products we'll be using will be Western, Fisher, and Snowex.Â
What to Expect On The 16th : ( Only 50 spots available )Â
- The day will start with registration and a light breakfast at 7:30 AM.
- Around 8 we will sit down to a class room setting, do introductions and do an overview of how to find and use the electrical diagrams. Â
- After this teaching, we will get to the hands on training and head down to the shop in groups. We will have trucks with plows and spreaders that will have bugs to test and fix. There will be wiring issues and the parts and tools needed to fix each. You will work through the stations one at a time fixing each issue.
- Around noon lunch will be served.
- After lunch we will sit down again and go over the hydraulics system.
- Once that class room time is done, we'll go back to the test stands for more hands on learning.
What to bring : Steel toe shoes and long pants are required. Safety glasses also required.Â
What you get: Breakfast and Lunch will both be provided. You will get a book full of diagrams and helpful info. At the end of the class you will get a Certificate for completing the course.
If you do not show up there will be no refunds. This is not a cheap event to put on and we want to make sure those that buy tickets are serious about being there.Â
