HB5 / 9007 Headlight Adapter 

This headlight adapter is designed for vehicles equipped with HB5 (9007) headlights, commonly found on Dodge, Ford, Mazda, and other makes. It features the round plug style for connecting to the plow harness and is used in a variety of plow systems, including:

• Blizzard 62012 (old style – Power Hitch 1 only)

• Arctic Razorback EF0914-20-17K

• Curtis 1HL2

• Hiniker 38813040

• AirFlo 07198

• Sno-King SK6120

Important Compatibility Note:
This adapter plugs into an HB1 socket but is not wired for HB1 use. The center terminal is the common pin, as required for HB5 (9007) operation.

Blizzard Fitment Note:
Blizzard used two versions of this adapter. This version is for Power Hitch 1 systems only and features the older round connector at the plow harness. Please verify your harness style before ordering.

Installation Instructions:

1. Remove the vehicle’s existing headlight connector from the headlight.

2. Plug the (AAS) headlight connector into the vehicle’s headlight receptacle. Match wire colors (Gray to Gray, Black to Black). On Chevy DRL models, match Clear to Gray.

3. Plug the vehicle’s original headlight connector into the (AAS) adapter.

4. Connect the Black five-pin adapter to the White five-pin connector on the (AAS) harness.

5. Test headlight function.

6. Ensure all wiring is properly secured.

* BLIZZARD NOTE

There were two styles of Blizzard adapters and they need to match the harness you have. These are for a Power Hitch 1 only.

The picture labeled old and new is for your reference on the Blizzard plows.

If you have the newer style Blizzard, you will need harness # B62222.
