17158 Meyer EZ Plus MDII Plow Mount 05-2012 GMC 4500-5500 Chevy Diamond

A New Meyer mount (part # 17158) to fit the Meyer EZ Plus or MDII mount to a 2005-2012 Chevy or GMC 4500-5500 4x4 truck.  You get Left Push Plate 19597, Right Push Plate 19596, Left Brace 19619, Right Brace 19618 and Hardware Kit 08868. This is the frame brackets only. If you need the Clevis, that is sold separately listed here: MDII and Plus mount . MDII is the style with four blue handles and two yellow. The Plus only has two colored handles. Both work but you need the matching clevis. If you have a mount off something else, we do trade them in.
