This is a new Deluxe Meyer Crossfire 2. cu yard 8' Poly Hopper Spreader.

The Deluxe Crossfire 2.2 is an auger-driven electric spreader intended to be used with dry spreading material.

As you fill this spreader, a top screen will break up any chunks of material ensuring that your spreading will be free of clogs and pattern interruptions. In addition, a tapered V and a built-in vibrator keep your material flowing into the auger consistently. The 13" polyethylene spinner is controlled independently which allows you to only spread material at the places you want it, thus reducing waste and money. The gears and 1/2 HP auger motor are completely covered to keep them out of the weather and protect them from corrosion and freezing. The auger is made of poly and low-friction, meaning it never needs greasing.

This spreader will automatically change the rate of spreading to match the speed of your vehicle and the material output you have set it to.

The Crossfire has an included pre-wet system which treats your material before it hits the ground, speeding up the ice melting process and saving you even more money.
