Meyer Mount Switch 22503.
This is a switch for the Meyer Xpress plow. This switch mounts to the rear cover to mount and dismount the plow from the truck. The Meyer part # is 22503 and they no longer sell it. There is also a boot # 22635.
The switch has three tabs on the back
Some say 3INT91-7 and others may have 8530K32 on the switch.
