Jeep Branded Meyer Base Line BL-400 Tailgate Salt Spreader

Jeep and Meyer came togetehr to make a Jeep Branded Plow as well as Salt Spreaders. 

This is the new Jeep / Meyer BL-400 Poly Tailgate Salt Spreader.

This spreader measures 28" deep x 28" Wide x 36" High and weighs 103 lbs when empty. Runs on a 1/6 HP Electric motor. This spreader is excellent for us with a light truck, an SUV or a tractor.

Meyer spreaders come with a patented coarse brush auger which prevents any of the spreading material from spilling out on its own, thus saving you money. The hopper is made of polyurethane and it comes with a fitted poly lid to keep your material dry. The frame is carbon steel. Meyer's tailgate spreaders connectt to your vehicle using a tailgate receiver hitch.

This spreader is intended to be used with salt only, not sand or pellets. Spreading width is from 3 - 25 feet.

400 lbs of material is approximately 5 cubic feet.
