This is an Original Genuine Western Unimount Frame # 64064 , This is only the clevis for mount # 63360 and Model # 3525.

For Chevy GMC 2500, 3500 (not for non-HD 1500 trucks.) We also have the full mount listed, if you need that. This is just the frame. You do not get the hardware or link arms. If you want the mount kit you want #63360. 

If you want to buy the bolt kit, click here. If you need the link arms, add them too. You may also need the 1" lower pins. If you only need part of this mount, we can sell you what ever you need.
