Storks Plow Payment types

How we do payments at Storks Plows.

In Person Payments:

In person payments are preferred in cash, or Pennsylvania check. Other options are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Paypal.
- All Amex cards will get a 2% additional charge added to invoice.
-No out of state checks will be accepted.
-If you are using a card that is not present during the transaction, there is a 2% charge. We no longer can take card #'s over the phone. 

Website:

The Website accepts all major credit cards. Paypal is an option, but we have to create an invoice first and email it to you. 

Over the Phone:

If you are calling in an order and paying over the phone, there is a 2% charge on the order. 
- Mailing a check is fine however, out of state checks must clear before the product leaves.
- We do accept ACH payments and will consider those at the cash price.

Tax:

- All orders shipped to a PA address will be charged 6% PA sales tax.
- All orders picked up at our location will be charged 6% PA sales tax regardless of how it was ordered or where you are located.
- All web orders picked up at our location will be charged 6% PA sales tax if not paid via web.
- A Tax Exemption Certificate can be submitted to eliminate the tax.

Cash Discount:

Starting in 2023 we now offer a cash price on most items. With the rising CC fees and risk associated we had to separate out the fees to benefit those that are not using a form of payment that comes at a high cost to us.  Does not apply to customers or certian large items that are  already set on Cash only pricing

Financing:

We do accept financing through Sheffield Financial  as well as Western Equipment finance  ( these do not count as cash options ) This is only offered for new plows and spreaders. For this option all co-signers must be present at pick up. You may also finance through your bank, with all payments being made prior to pick up.

Cancelled Orders:

Cancelled orders are not refunded automatically. There is a process and can take up to 5 business days for us to process a refund. Not only this, but banks also have their own process for refunds and when we do issue a refund, your bank can hold this up for a few days pass when we issue it on our end, in transferring the funds to your account. Cancelled orders are subject to a fee for employee time and company resources used which will be subtracted from the full order amount. This can range from 0 -10% of the order total. Cancellation of orders for parts not in stock and ordered in are not eligible for a refund. You will be issued a credit for the amount of the parts but shipping if any applied will come out of the total paid.
