I have not priced out grade 5 hardware in that size recently so maybe it was a good value. I know those bigger things add up fast. I'm sure it was cheaper than individually bagged pieces from a big box store but by the pound? Several bolts needed threads cleaned up, looked like they maybe had been damaged in shipping from bigger parts banging into them and there were some parts loose in the box but the overall plastic wrap did seem to keep them in the main box.
